Boys Basketball Awards

Softball Postponed March 21

Due to weather, the Franklin Central at Martinsville varsity/jv softball games for Wednesday, March 21 have been postponed and will be played on Thursday, May 3 at 6:00 pm.

Softball Date Change–Roncalli

Varsity softball will travel to Roncalli on Monday, March 19 instead of Tuesday, March 20. Martinsville will host Roncalli in JV Softball on Monday, March 19 instead of March 20. Both games will begin at 5:30.      

Kayana Traylor–Indiana All Star

Kayana Traylor, Martinsville High School’s all time leading scorer, has been selected to be on the Indiana All Star Team.  Kayana joins three former Artesians as members of the All Star Team; Mackenzie Curless (1996), April Traylor (1998) and Kristen Bodine (1998). Cheerleading Call Out Meeting

Cheerleading will have  a call out meeting for anyone interested to try out immediately after school Monday, March 19th in Auditorium B.

Athletic Physical Night–May 3

Martinsville HS will offer athletic physicals on May 3, 6:00 in conjunction with Franciscan Health Providers.  Any MSD of Martinsville student athlete in grades 6-12 (2018-19 School Year) are invited.  Cost of the physical is $20.   A parent should accompany their child.   High School athletes are required to acquire a completed physical prior to summer
